This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for paid VinHardLink subscriptions. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer a clear, no-fine-print refund window. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Standard, Pro, Enterprise). If you are unsatisfied with the Service for any reason within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked, no conditions, no exceptions.
Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase are not eligible for a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription renewals (the second and subsequent monthly charges) are not eligible for the 14-day refund window. The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, please email support@vinhardlink.com with your account email, the date of purchase, and (optionally) the reason for the refund. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process the refund within 3 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle. Bank settlement typically takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal (link will be in your initial purchase confirmation email from Paddle). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. Cancellation by itself is not a refund — it stops future charges but does not refund the current period unless you also qualify for the 14-day guarantee.
The following are not eligible for refund: setup or configuration fees (currently none, listed for clarity); accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service; chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us — these will be disputed.
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank, please contact us at support@vinhardlink.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension and will be disputed through Paddle.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (Vietnamese Dong, VND). If your bank applied a currency conversion when the original charge was made, the refund amount in your local currency may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates. This is a function of bank/card processing and is outside our control.
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, Inc., our payment processor and merchant of record. We initiate the refund; Paddle executes the actual return of funds. If you have questions about how your bank handles the returned funds, please contact your bank or card issuer.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the Service. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
